Triple Green Tequila Guacamole

In my opinion, guacamole is always good to have on hand.  I could eat it every day and I most certainly guarantee you that D could as well.  Avocados are so tasty and provide great essential fats for your diet.  But every now and then I get a little bored from the typical guac I make.  I like to add a little pazazz to the staple snacks in my house, so this is what I came up with.

What You'll Need:

3 Avocados, sliced, core removed, and mashed
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 roma tomato, diced
Juice from 1/2 1 medium lime
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 large jalapeño, sliced and de-seeded
1 1/2 T of Tequilla
salt and pepper to taste

How You'll Do It:

Mash your avocado and mix with all ingredients, except tomato, jalapeño, and cilantro.  Then fold in the jalapeño, tomato, and cilantro.

Why You'll Love It:

This guacamole presents a mild spicy and tangy kick.  Enjoy it with corn chips, carrot stix, pita bread, and and other healthy dippers.  This guacamole is a great change of pace and a real treat!  If you're looking for great meals that are well complimented with a side of guacamole, check out Tex-Mex Quesadillas

This looks so good. I'm a big fan of anything with avocados and cilantro. I'll have to give this a try this weekend.
